The Council of the Association consists of nine recognized members all of which are active business people here in Nuevo Leon. Their main objective is to maximize capital for the association.

 

The Board meets monthly to review the donation requests, discuss them and to come to a decision. The meetings serve as time for the members of the board to discuss finances and the overall direction of the foundation.

 

Treviño Elizondo practices annual external audits to verify the transparency of the foundation. The annual budget is prepared for the following year in relation to the current financial standings.
